Cookie Policy

Last updated: 12.08.2026

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. We use them so the site remembers your chosen language, does not forget you between pages, and can protect its forms against forgery. Below is the full list: what we set, why, and for how long.

Contents
  1. How we ask for consent
  2. Necessary cookies
  3. External content
  4. Analytics
  5. What we do not use
  6. Google and Telegram sign-in
  7. Managing cookies in your browser

1. How we ask for consent

1.1. On your first visit you see a banner at the bottom of the page with three options: accept everything, necessary only, or configure the categories individually.

1.2. Until you choose, no optional cookies are set and the embedded Google map on the contacts page is not loaded.

1.3. Your choice is stored for 180 days, after which we ask again. You can change it at any time via the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of any page.

1.4. Declining optional cookies does not restrict your access: vacancies, applications, registration and your account all work fully.

2. Necessary cookies

2.1. These are always set and require no consent: without them the site cannot carry out the actions you request.

2.2. PHPSESSID β€” the session identifier. It links your actions across pages: without it you cannot sign in or submit a form. Deleted when you close your browser.

2.3. cookie_consent β€” your cookie choice. This is the file that lets us avoid showing the banner again. Lifetime: 180 days.

2.4. lang β€” your chosen interface language, so you need not switch it on every page. Lifetime: 365 days.

2.5. theme β€” light or dark appearance. Lifetime: 365 days.

2.6. remember β€” the automatic sign-in token. Set only if you ticked "Remember me". It contains a random identifier, not your password. Lifetime: 60 days.

3. External content

3.1. Set only with your consent.

3.2. The embedded Google map on the contacts page. When it loads, Google sets its own cookies and receives your IP address and browser details. We neither manage nor have access to those files.

3.3. Until you consent, a placeholder is shown instead of the map and no request is made to Google servers at all.

3.4. You can always open the office address in Google Maps via a separate link β€” in that case you move to Google's site and its rules apply.

4. Analytics

4.1. As at the date this document was last updated, no analytics tools are installed on the site and no analytics cookies are used.

4.2. The category is present in the settings in advance: if we add analytics, they will run only with your consent, and this section will be extended with the specific files.

5. What we do not use

5.1. Third-party advertising and tracking cookies β€” not used. We show no advertising and pass no data to ad networks.

5.2. Social network pixels for retargeting β€” not installed.

5.3. Cross-site tracking β€” not used.

6. Google and Telegram sign-in

6.1. If you sign in with Google or Telegram, those services set their own cookies as part of the authorisation process, on their own domains.

6.2. Those files are controlled by the respective service, not by our site. Their use is governed by Google's or Telegram's privacy policy.

6.3. Signing in with an external service is entirely your choice: you can register and sign in the ordinary way, by email.

7. Managing cookies in your browser

7.1. Besides the settings on our site, you can manage cookies in your browser: view them, delete them and block them.

7.2. The relevant section is usually found in browser settings under "Privacy and security" or "Site settings".

7.3. Note that blocking cookies entirely in your browser will make it impossible to sign in or submit forms on any site, including ours, because the session can no longer be maintained.

7.4. Deleting cookies through your browser also erases the record of your consent β€” the banner will appear again on your next visit.

8. Changes

8.1. We update this Policy whenever the set of cookies we use changes. The date of the last change is shown at the top of the document.

8.2. If we add new categories that require consent, we will ask for it again.

9. Contacts

9.1. Questions about cookies: [REQUESTS EMAIL].

9.2. Information about personal data processing generally is set out in the Privacy Policy.
