We find construction jobs in Europe - honestly and with no upfront fees

We are an intermediary between people looking for work and European companies that need workers. We are paid by the employer, so we owe the job seeker nothing except honest work.

What we do

We find jobs abroad for Russian-speaking candidates from Moldova and the CIS. We currently recruit construction workers: bricklayers, concrete workers, finishers, fitters and general labourers.

We check the employer, explain the terms before departure and stay in touch after the first day on site. We do not arrange visas, work permits or other documents. The contract is signed directly with the employer - we are not a party to the employment relationship.

We do not promise everyone a job. The employer decides, and work permits are granted by state authorities. If we have nothing suitable, we say so straight away.

What work we offer

We find jobs on construction sites in European Union countries: residential, commercial and industrial buildings, finishing and renovation. Vacancies come from construction companies and staffing agencies in Europe.

Each vacancy shows the country and city, the hourly rate in euros, the schedule and the housing conditions. Monthly earnings depend on the hours worked, so we quote the rate instead of promising an 'up to' figure.

The work suits people who have a construction trade and are ready to work away from home. General labourers usually do not need experience.

How the hiring works

From application to the first day on site there are four steps. At each one you know what is happening.

Application

You choose a vacancy and leave your name and phone number. No registration is needed.

Talk with a recruiter

We ask about your experience and explain the conditions: rate, schedule, housing, document requirements.

The employer's decision

We pass your details to the employer. The final decision is theirs.

Departure and work

You sign the contract with the employer. Once you are on site, we stay in touch.

Our rules

Worth reading: these are what tell us apart from outfits that take money up front.

We take no money from candidates

Not for matching, not for a profile, not for "holding a place". The employer pays us. If anyone asks you for an advance in our name, they are fraudsters - tell us.

Official employment only

A contract with the employer and legal work. We neither offer nor accept grey schemes - the risk in them falls on the worker, not the agency.

We screen before sending

We look at the employer, the terms and the accommodation. If something looks doubtful, the vacancy never reaches us.

We tell it straight

We quote the real rate, not "up to €3000". We warn about overtime, deductions and timelines. Disappointment on site costs more than a refusal at home.

What we do not do

We do not arrange visas, work permits or other documents, and we charge nothing for that. We do not sell vacancies and do not promise everyone a job. The documents you need depend on the vacancy and your citizenship - the requirements are in the vacancy description, and with an EU passport you do not need a work permit.

Where the work is

The list changes - these are the countries with vacancies open right now.

We do not work alone

Some placements are arranged through the Polish company FORTUNA BOUW, our partner inside the European Union. That means you sign the contract with a legal entity within the EU, not with an outside intermediary.
